No Long Term Contracts
We offer flexible contract lengths, for new accounts and account management we normally require a 6 month commitment payable monthly to allow us time to generate results. For targeted projects we are open to negotiations.
Consultations & Dedicated Account Manager
We begin the process with a thorough consultation between our content team and your management to gain a detailed understanding of your business, its key features and unique selling points. This is normally done by video call.
You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will initiate a group chat on a platform of your choice between your team and ours so we can communicate efficiently and generate a productive and creative working environment.
Monitor Performance
We provide training on how to create personal accounts so that you can view your company accounts as a Chinese user would.
We also provide monthly reviews which contain a copy of every post we make, with screenshots, English language translations, links to web versions of the apps key statistics and recommendations for the future.
No Additional Spending Required
Beyond account verification fees charged by the platforms and our monthly management fee any additional expenditure is at your own discretion.
